What to include in email?

To get support most effectively, please be sure to provide the following in your email:

  • What Pixelator version are you using.
  • What platform / OS do you have.
  • If there's an error message - a screenshot or copy-paste of the error.
  • If its a license related issue - please attach your license file.

In addition, please include "Pixelator Support" in the email subject.
